Establish communications with other professional agencies in the <br />community concerned with the growth and development of the <br />individual to allow joint planning of programs seeking the same goals <br />and to avoid duplication or voids in specific program areas. <br />11. Establish communications with all local lay organizations involved <br />with the growth and development of the individual for purposes of <br />bringing them together to encourage their cooperation and increase <br />their efficiency. <br />12. Develop a policy for presentation at the budget hearings providing <br />.for a basic set of program services offered to each segment of the <br />.community including local community organizations. <br />13. .Develop a written program resume for each program to include job <br />description, program objectives, maximum class size and other <br />important information. <br />14. MAINTENANCE <br />Provide a continuous and systematic program of repair, replacement, and <br />maintenance of all park and recreation facilities and equipment. <br />1. Develop a tree nursery at Long Lake site using free seedlings from <br />the State Department. <br />5. Develop a written maintenance program far hockey and general skating <br />areas, softball-baseball fields, and building maintenance. <br />IU. CONTINUOUS EVALUATION <br />Through continuous .evaluation seek to upgrade the level of competence of <br />ail staff and of the program offered based on its contribution toward <br />enriching individual and community life. <br />
