What-New Brighton would like is a
Planned Unit developemnt. Rear yards are as important as front.
Drainage, landscape, possibility of deviation or parking. All de-
velopment on the site is planned as a unit.
Gunderman asked if noise control-was a consideration.
Archer said yes but it is very hard to enforce. The concerns of
the Park Board. and .Planning Commission go beyond that.
Van Hatten said he would like. to see something beneficial to both
the City. and to .Bury.
A Board of Review member asked where the Park Board feels the road
should be.
Anderson said at the minimum come off the cul-da-sac and go up the
line. The further north the better.
A Board of Review member asked if the applicant was willing to donate
land for the road.
Bury stated that it is $50,000-$60,000 worth of property.
