According to`Mauxie Andersaan, the draft <br />agreement appears to reflect the sexttimer~ts of the park <br />Board. The question is, does the agreement appear to reflect. <br />the sentimexlts of the City Council, We have been asked by <br />their staff to .respond to the draft. <br />My prior .thoughts on the w~.sdom of the ~'oint Pot~aers' Agreement <br />were provided to you in Judy of 1979, My pha.losophy is'_in <br />contradiction to the park'"Board"s opinion,'and basically is <br />that the City should r~.sk the potential loss of control`in <br />favor of the.
