Develop a pracararrti of resurfacing tennis courts at least every ten <br />years or as nf:~cessary. <br />2. Develop a replacement program for playground equipment that is over <br />ten years old. <br />3. Improve the conditions of football -and soccer fields. <br />4. Develop a tree nursf.ry at Long Lake site using free seedlings-from <br />the State Department. <br />5. Develop a written maintenance program for hockey and general skating <br />areas, softball-baseball fields, and building maintenance. <br />IV. CONTINUOUS EVNLUATION <br />Through continuous evaluation seek to upgrade the level of competence of <br />all stafif and of the program offered based on its contribution toward <br />enriching individual and community life. <br />
