Something will also have to be done with the existing hill so it cannot be used for sliding. Resident asked if a new sliding hill could be built with the P.R.D. built as proposed. Staff replied litt~.e cost involved but a great deal of labor is required. Resident asked where people caill walk if hill is moved to the nctth. Cadwallader stated that in making the hill~it can be ..changed for slope or path. Resident asked how aide the sliding area is now. Response was approximately 100 feet. Resident then asked if a 100 foot wide sliding area was large enough with the three new P.R.D.9s being completed in the area. Grimshaw wanted to emphasize that the Park Board felt strongly that the housin` units be eliminated from the . proposal. Olson agreed that she did not want the houses. Glestling a7 so wanted all houses eliminated.
