FW Now, I have a further question, ah there's been quite a bit of talk regard- ing the Hipp farm house. That farm house is about 80, 90 years old and I was told that it actually has historic significance, and I see that there is no mention in that proposal as to yet any ~~~~~~ kin of for that farm house. Has there been any thought given by the Park Board or by staff to the possible joint development of the Hipp Farm house as a historicy~,~ farm house.. a Similar to the Gibb's Farm museum or something. This being located in ~~g~ park .would certainly have significance and I'm quite sure that the Mn historical Society would be quite interested in ah considering something. of ..this-nature. There are not ghat many great farm houses in the Metro area. remaining in such good state of repair as the Hipp. Farm house.
