JS I cna assure you that nothing that was considered by the PB or by the Council has beenddestroyed, everything that has been done is still a part of the files, Every person on the Council has copies of minutes of all the PB meetings and all of those are filed at least two places in the City offices Your concern is taken care of, thank you. I don't want to cut anyone off , butthe Council has a lot more things to do tonight, I'm very concerned at this point that we get to some of those. We've got an awful lot of input here I would suggest that it might need some digesting and I'm aware t of the criticisms of the gentlemen over here with regard to let's not postpone forever, on the other hand I hear the chairman of the Environmental ~ Quality Commission requesting that his body be given a crack at this thing. The Park Board has taken it on the chin a coupe of times at least tonite, maybe they would like to have another go at it. I don't think in any case that it behooves the Council to try to ~e~a~~ the Plan at the table. Those kinds of things tend to be a redraft little bit messy. Yes go ahead I'd like to compliment the PB on their efforts in coming up with this concept plan. Particularly the efforts regarding the questionnaire circulat~z3gthroughtou~ the community and as well on the neighborhood meetings that were held in Park Buildings throughout the City. I would like to move that the Concept Plan be referred back to the PB for their consideration with comments .... Use minutes at this point
