Site work - the contractor, Arcon Construction is 80%
completed with the work. The work remaining includes the
second layer of bituminous on the road and parking lots,
and seeding. The work will be completed by the fall of
19$5.
Two major problems are involved with this contract.
The first was the presence of the Williams Brothers Pipeline
in the beach parking lat. This change
resulted in an increase of 55,858 in the contract amount.
Several other minor changes and adjustments in quantities have
been processed as change orders and Supplemental Agreements.
These changes did not affect the contract amount.
Due to the nature of the remaining work on this contract,.
second layer of bituminous and seeding, no further problems
are anticipated. .
B. Beach Building - The contractor, E.D.S. Construction, is
approximately 85°o completed with the beach building.
