4, LIABILITY• The organization or user group using the community room shall agree to indemnify the City of Brooklyn Park, the Brooklyn Park Recreation and Parks Department,: and its employees for any-and all damage to the Activity Center building, or other property, by any person or persons attending the affair, and likewise, the City of Brooklyn Park, the Brooklyn Park Recreation and Parks Department, and its. employees against all liability and all damages to any person for injuries, including death. You are advised to contact your insurance agent regarding appropriate coverage. REJECTION OF PERMIT APPLICATION: A permit shall be denied if the Community Activity Center is in use or the requested use is for an activity forbidden by City Ordinance or commercial profit making. RULES DURING USE• The following rules must be adhered to during the use of the building and grounds. The permit holder shall be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from violation thereof: 1. Persons attending meetings or events must confine themselves to the rooms and corridors assigned to their use. 2. Disorderly conduct of any kind is prohibited. 3. The permit holder shall assume full responsibility for any unlawful act committed in the exercise of this permit. 4. Intoxicating liquor may only be consumed in the interior of the Community Activity Center Community Room. 5. No intoxicating beverages shall be served after 12:30 a.m. 6. No overnight accommodations accepted. 7. No use after 1:00 a.m. anytime. 8. Gambling of any nature is prohibited. 9. General clean-up of the facility is required unless waived by a Community Activity Center staff person. 10. .Violations may result in the Parks and Recreation Department denying any further permits for the use of the facility. 11. City Ordinance 240.00 shall be enforced in the use of this facility. 12. All food must be catered by a licensed catering service or be commercially prepared.
