CLASSIFICATION OF USERS: I. Any event directly related to the administration of the city government and-the operation of the Parks and Recreation Department, any Brooklyn Park non-profit group, civic group, or school related function. Groups organized on a non-profit basis which contribute to the well-being of the community (YMCA (Northwest YMCA), scouts, etc.). II. Non-profit organizations from outside the city. III. Private industry or commercial groups. IV. Resident individual who is renting for personal use (wedding, reunion, anniversary, etc.). V. Non-resident individual COMMUNITY ROOM FEES AND CHARGES FOR USE: I. $175.00 for civic groups, non-profit groups, and school districts affecting or located in Brooklyn Park. II. $225.00 for civic groups, non-profit groups, and school districts not affecting or located in Brooklyn Park. III. $275.00 for private industry or commercial groups. IV. $500.00 for a resident of Brooklyn Park usage. V. $550.00 for a non-resident of Brooklyn Park usage. ** 1993-1994 FRIDAY RENTAL SPECIAL: $100.00 coupon for all rentals in the $500 or $550 rental category. Hourly rate available for all user groups• $60.00/hr. for a private industry, business, or personal usage, provided the user group is located in or affects Brooklyn Park and the user group rents on a Sunday through Friday. This includes one free hour of preparation time for the user. $65.00/hr. for a private industry, business, or personal usage, whereas the user group is not located in or does not affect Brooklyn and the user group rents on a Sunda throu h Friday. This includes one free hour of preparation time for the user.
