EVENTS INVOLVING ALCOHOL:. <br />1. Alcohol must be provided by the host or host organization. <br />2. Alcohol cannot be sold by the drink or bottle by host or host <br />organization. A cash bar or the sale of set-ups. is not. <br />allowed. <br />3. User groups and alcoholic beverages must be confined to the <br />Community Room. <br />4. Any 'user group failing to comply with the Community Room use <br />policy will forfeit their $200.00 damage deposit. <br />5A. In situations where alcohol is a part of the function, persons <br />renting the Community Room will be required to hire a security <br />officer at the rate of $15.00 per hour for a minimum of three <br />(3) hours. The hours that security will- be required will be <br />determined by a Parks and Recreation staff person. The <br />compensation will be .paid directly to the officer by the <br />individual or organization renting the facility. <br />5B. Security officers working within the Community Activity Center <br />will perform tasks typically associated with public safety, <br />crime prevention, apprehension, and property security. <br />THE ABOVE RULES AND REGULATIONS HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR YOUR <br />BENEFIT AND TO PROMOTE RESPONSIBLE USE. <br />RESERVATION DEPOSIT <br />A reservation deposit will be required to reserve the Community <br />Room and will be applied towards t;~e total charge for use. The <br />reservation deposit is as follows: <br />$200.00 for a $500 or $550 rental <br />$50.00 for a non profit organization <br />50% of total charge for an hourly rate rental <br />The remaining fees far rental are due payable one week prior to <br />event. <br />DAMAGE DEPOSIT <br />A 5200 00 damage deposit separate from the rental fee, shall be <br />made by all ctroups. This fee shall be returned within one (1) week <br />of the event if no deductions are necessary. <br />REFUNDS DUE TO CANCELLATION <br />The deposit is not refundable if the reservation is cancelled and <br />cannot be re-rented. If re-rented, the reservation deposit is <br />returned. <br />
