Identify the County's position as it relates to fencing along the railroad right-of--way, and <br />landscaping along property owners' frontages. <br />Based on my review of the proposed project, I view it as a potential great asset to the community. <br />However, it is our responsibility as local officials to ensure that people aze awaze and familiaz with the <br />public process that was used regarding the historical approvals on this plan as well as to address the <br />concerns that have been identified.
