AND THAT PART OF THIRD AVENUE S.E. NORTH OF FIRST <br />STREET S.E. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Proper reviewed staff report concerning Project 86-6, the sewer <br />and water utilities for Innsbruck Office Park, stating the total <br />amount to be assessed, $20,100, would be assessed to the one <br />property. <br /> <br />(Councilmember Brandt stepped out of the council chambers.) <br /> <br />As there were no questions by councilmembers or the audience, <br />Schmidt moved, seconded by Williams, to CLOSE THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />(Councilmember Brandt returned to the council chambers.) <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Williams, to APPROVE A RESOLUTION <br />ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT 86-6, THE INSTALLATION OF SEWER <br />AND WATER UTILITIES TO SERVE INNSBRUCK OFFICE PARK. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />With regard to the request for a variance to allow construction <br />of an office building with a height of three stories, Sinda <br />stated that both Harstad Companies's representatives and the <br />community surrounding that property have tried very hard to <br />reach an agreement, but no compromise had been reached as of <br />their meeting this afternoon. <br /> <br />Krueger distributed Report 86-72 Addendum to both Brad Martinson, <br />attorney for the neighbors, and Harstad representatives, and <br />summarized the" document. <br /> <br />Ken Briggs, Harstad Companies, agreed with the staff recommenda- <br />tion, stating Councilmember Gunderman had put in a tremendous <br />amount of effort to reach a compromise.
