<br />Council Mi nutes <br />May 14, 1985 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Schmidt asked if there were any other vacancies; Administrative <br />Secretary responded there were none. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 1 Naye (Blomquist), Motion Carried <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Schmidt, to APPROVE THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA ITEMS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Consideration of resolution certifying the results of <br />the referendum election held on April 30, 1985. <br /> <br />2, Consideration of resolution authorizing 1984 budget change <br />for the trade-in of a dump truck. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />3, Consideration of final payment on contract ($5,151.00 to <br />Barbarosa and Son's) for construction of iron removal <br />plants #10 and #11, <br /> <br />4, Consideration of final payment on contract ($1,444,22 to <br />Sunram Landscaping) for Rice Creek Terrace's storm sewer <br />repairs, Project 84-8. <br /> <br />5, Consideration of Itinerant Food License application <br />(Steve Oti s) . <br /> <br />6. Consideration of Stockyard Days, Inc.
