<br />Council Minutes <br />May 14, 1985 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Blomquist, to CONTINUE THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING CONSIDERING THE APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS <br />FOR BILL HENNING COMPANY TO THE MAY 28, 1985, REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Krueger stated the applicant was not yet present; Mayor Harcus <br />suggested delaying the Public Hearing until he arrive~ the <br />Council concurred, and took up the next item on the agenda. <br /> <br />Winkels reviewed staff report and indicated what action had <br />been taken. <br /> <br />As there were no questions from councilor the audience, <br />motion by Schmidt, seconded by Blomquist, to CLOSE THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Janecek, to WAIVE THE READING <br />AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MODIFICATION OF DEVELOP- <br />MENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM RELATING <br />THERETO AND ESTABLISHING TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT <br />NO. 7 AND APPROVING THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN RELATING <br />THERETO. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Krueger reviewed staff report concerning a request for pre- <br />liminary planned residential development and preliminary plat <br />approval for construction of a twinhome development at 1252 <br />Sllver Lake Road and adjOining vacant land, noting the proposal <br />is to construct 22 twinhomes with zero -lot-lines. <br /> <br />Greg Du'Monceaux, architect for the project. introduced Wayne <br />Gensmer and Craig Matthews. the principals of Royal Oaks <br />Development Corp.
