Kreuger indicated the Planning Commission recommends <br />approval and noted that Mike Rasmusson was present to answer <br />any questions, <br /> <br />Rasmusson stated he had received approval from the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District and advised the City Council of the condi- <br />tions of his approval, <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Harcus, to APPROVE LP~179 SUBJECT <br />TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1.
