<br />Counci 1 ~1i nutes <br />June 25. 1985 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Public Hearing. continued <br /> <br />Greg Du'Monceaux, representative for the applicant, stated <br />that, because the site was so small. a mix of townhomes and <br />single family homes would not be feasible and proceeded to <br />make a presentation of 14 lots for 14 single family homes. <br />Du'Monceaux stated he is working with his engineers and our <br />staff on a drainage site problem. <br /> <br />Following a brief discussion on the timinq of the removal <br />of the existing single family home. Krueger suggested the <br />addition of Item 6 to the proDosed resolution stating "That <br />the existing family home within the site be removed within <br />120 days of the final plat approval. <br /> <br />As there was no one in the audience to address this issue, <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Blomquist, to CLOSE THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Benke. to WAIVE THE READING <br />AND ADOPT THE PROPOSED RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND <br />APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT PL-142 WITH THE ADDITION OF ITEM 6 <br />READING "THAT THE EXISTING FAMILY HOME WITHIN THE SITE BE RE- <br />MOVED WITHIN 120 DAYS OF THE FINAL PLAT APPROVAL." <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes.
