Krueger explained three were required:
one for office building, one for truck entrance, and one
for truck exit (trucks can't maneauver enouqh to enter and
exit at the same cut). -

Schmidt questioned method of screening; Krueger indicated
Planning Commission agreed to either plantings or a wooden
fence.

Schmidt stated that the amount of traffic on Old Highway 8
would justify an eight-foot fence (versus a six-foot eight-
inch fence recently approved for MacGillis and Gibbs, not
on Old Highway 8).

Art Zemske of Bell Pole indicated they would be installing
a wooden fence.

Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Blomquist, to WAIVE THE READ-
ING AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND
APPROVING NC-65 SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS (changing six-foot to
eight-foot) .

5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried

Motion by Janecek, seconded by Blomquist, to APPROVE LP-168
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1.
