I I I Council Minutes September 25, 1984 Page Eight Motion by Harcus, seconded by Blomquist, to WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING NC-66, CLINCH- ON-CORNERS; AND TO APPROVE LP-169 SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE SITE AND BUILDING PLANS AS APPROVED AND SIGNED BY THE APPLICANT AND THE CITY PLANNER. 5 Ayes -0 Nayes, Motion Carried Krueger reviewed staff report concerning a request for a building addition, stating that the outside storage would be eliminated with the proposed addition. Wolkerstorfer Co. LP-170 Report 84-262 Blomquist asked what the specifications of our ordinance are regarding outside storage. Krueger responded that all outside storage which is visible from a public right- of-way must be screened from the public view, speaking to materials and equipment. Motion by Janecek, seconded by Schmidt, to APPROVE LP-170 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. Tt~T A REVISED SITE PLAN DRAWING BE SUBMITTED Ir~DI- CATING ALL BUILDING AND SETBACK DIMENSIONS AND THE LOCATION OF TWO HANDICAPPED PARKING STALLS. 2. THAT FINAL GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLANS BE APPROVED BY RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT AND THE CITY ENGINEER. 3. THAT THE SITE AND BUILDING PLANS AS APPROVED BE SIGNED AND DATED BY THE APPLICANT AND THE CITY PLANNER. 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried Sinda had nothing further to add, asked Janecek to give her comments concerning the Town Hall dinner/luncheon. Public Relations Plan Report 84-256 Blomquist suggested readerboard signs portion be removed. Motion by Harcus, seconded by Schmidt, to ADOPT THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON'S PUBLIC RELATIONS PLAN AS PART OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON'S CITY CODE after making changes. 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried Proper had nothing to add, noted that Paul Goudreault from the MPCA was here, and added that City Attorney had a new comments. MPCA Access Agree- ment (2 wells) Report 84-257 City Attorney reviewed the agreement and added two para- graphs, which have been approved by the State's Attorney General.
