Krueger responded that <br />all outside storage which is visible from a public right- <br />of-way must be screened from the public view, speaking to <br />materials and equipment. <br /> <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Schmidt, to APPROVE LP-170 <br />SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. Tt~T A REVISED SITE PLAN DRAWING BE SUBMITTED Ir~DI- <br />CATING ALL BUILDING AND SETBACK DIMENSIONS AND THE <br />LOCATION OF TWO HANDICAPPED PARKING STALLS. <br />2. THAT FINAL GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLANS BE APPROVED <br />BY RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT AND THE CITY <br />ENGINEER. <br />3. THAT THE SITE AND BUILDING PLANS AS APPROVED BE <br />SIGNED AND DATED BY THE APPLICANT AND THE CITY <br />PLANNER. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Sinda had nothing further to add, asked Janecek to give <br />her comments concerning the Town Hall dinner/luncheon. <br /> <br />Public Relations <br />Plan <br />Report 84-256 <br /> <br />Blomquist suggested readerboard signs portion be removed. <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Schmidt, to ADOPT THE CITY <br />OF NEW BRIGHTON'S PUBLIC RELATIONS PLAN AS PART OF THE <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON'S CITY CODE after making changes. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Proper had nothing to add, noted that Paul Goudreault <br />from the MPCA was here, and added that City Attorney had <br />a new comments. <br /> <br />MPCA Access Agree- <br />ment (2 wells) <br />Report 84-257 <br /> <br />City Attorney reviewed the agreement and added two para- <br />graphs, which have been approved by the State's Attorney <br />General. <br />
