ANTHONY <br />STORM SEWER PROJECT ALONG COUNTY ROAD E. <br /> <br />St. Anthony's <br />Storm Sewer <br />Project <br />Report 84-282 <br /> <br />Benke asked if this would mean that we will have to hold a <br />public hearing here. <br /> <br />Proper responded that the public hearing would be either <br />here or in St. Anthony, and that St. Anthony's engineering <br />firm would be present to answer questions and discuss the <br />project. He indicated there would be a Joint Powers Agree- <br />ment. <br /> <br />Benke asked if there were any preliminary reports to indi- <br />cate that this was definitely needed. Proper responded that <br />it is a serious erosion problem and feels it's fair and in <br />order. <br /> <br />Blomquist asked about the assessment procedure. Proper <br />stated we would assess the citizens and we would repay <br />St. Anthony. <br /> <br />In response to Blomquist's question, Proper indicated that <br />the Joint Powers Agreement would be taken care of at the <br />publ ic hearing. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Proper had nothing to add to the staff report concerning <br />the interior inspection of the Fifth Street water tank. <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Janecek, to AUTHORIZE THE <br />INSPECTION OF THE FIFTH STREET N.W. WATER STORAGE TANK BY <br />A. E. C.
