<br />Council Mi nutes <br />March 27, 1984 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />Bell responded that if there was a redevelopment in this <br />area, they would be happy to meet and cooperate with the <br />Council. <br /> <br />Harcus stated that the Planning Commission stated if the <br />variance was allowed we would, in effect, be rezoning it. <br /> <br />Benke emphasized that even if trade-off truck trips were <br />accomplish~d between the two properties we eventually <br />could end up with more truck traffic on this particular <br />parcel than is permitted by code. <br /> <br />City Attorney stated that there is a precedent for trade- <br />offs, but the New Brighton Ordinance Code does not have <br />this provision.
