He then <br />stated it would be fair for Centex to consider the <br />Councils concerns and suggested that if they could <br />solve the density and elderly issues, they would <br />like to continue the discussion at the next Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Blomquist, TO CONTINUE <br />THE CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY PLANNED <br />RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT. PRELIMINARY PLAT, AND REZONING <br />APPROVAL TO ALLOW DEVELOPMENT OF A RESIDENTIAL HOUSING <br />PROJECT AT THE NEXT COUNCIL MEETING. <br /> <br />Benke would like to hear about the type of construction <br />and units (noise between common walls); suggested staff <br />meet with Centex to consider what can be done to <br />mitigate impacts, both internal and external. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Staff had nothing to add to the request for signs and <br />banners for the Stockyard Days, Inc.'s celebration. <br /> <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Blomquist, to FIND THAT <br />THE SIGNS ANNOUNCING THE STOCKYARD DAYS' CELEBRATION <br />ARE IN CONFORMITY WITH SECTION 9-300 OF THE ZONING <br />CODE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. THAT STOCKYARD DAYS, INC. OBTAIN THE PERMISSION <br />OF RAMSEY COUNTY FOR PLACING A BANNER OVER <br />COUNTY ROADS; <br />2. THAT PERMISSION BE OBTAINED FROM ALL AFFECTED <br />PROPERTY OWNERS FOR PLACEMENT OF SIGNS ON PRIVATE <br />PROPERTY; <br />3.
