<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Minutes <br />May 22, 1984 <br /> <br />Krueger had nothing to add to the staff report. <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Janecek, to GRANT <br />SPECIAL PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITION TO A <br />GARAGE ON LOT 12, BLOCK 2, OLIVEWOOD, WITH A FIFTEEN <br />FOOT SETBACK ON SIXTH STREET SW. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Krueger had nothing further to add to the staff <br />report. <br /> <br />Sid Johnson, NuWay Builders, Inc., showed council <br />samples of stain on rough sawn cedar siding along <br />with two trim cD1ors; indicated roof colors; units <br />would have maintenance-free exterior and rustic <br />effect to blend with the site. <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Blomquist, to APPROVE <br />FINAL PRD-38 AND PL-136 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING <br />CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. CONFORMANCE WITH ALL CONDITIONS OF COUNCIL <br />RESOLUTION 84-44. <br />2. CITY ATTORNEY APPROVAL OF THE COVENANTS AND <br />DECLARATIONS FOR THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. <br />3. CONFORMANCE WITH SITE, LANDSCAPE AND BUILDING <br />PLANS SUBMITTED, SIGNED AND DATED BY THE <br />APPLICANT AND CITY PLANNER, EXCEPT THAT THE TWO <br />MOST SOUTHERN PARKING SPACES ALONG 14TH STREET <br />NW BE RELOCATED TO THE NORTHERN END OF THE <br />DRIVE AREA AND THAT PINE TREES BE USED AS A <br />SCREEN ON TOP OF THE BERM ALONG THE NORTH END <br />OF THE SITE AND BETWEEN BUILDING TWO AND THE <br />DUPLEX TO THE EAST. <br />4. CONFORMANCE WITH FINAL PLAT, PL-136, EXCEPT THAT <br />OUTLOT A BE CHANGED TO BLOCK 5. <br />5.
