AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO THE <br />MINNESOTA ENERGY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR <br />APPROVAL THEREOF AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF NECESSARY <br />DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROJECT and to waive the <br />reading and adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON, <br />MINNESOTA AUTHORIZING A PROJECT OF MICOM CORPORATIONUN~ER <br />THE MINNESOTA MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT AND THE <br />SALE AND ISSUANCE OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE <br />NOTE TO FINANCE THE PROJECT SECURED BY AN ASSIGNMENT OF <br />REVENUE UNDER A LOAN AGREEMENT AND MORTGAGE ON THE PROJECT <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS, contingent on <br />approval of the Project by the Commissioner of the Depart- <br />ment of Energy & Economic Development, <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Director of Community Development reviewed the staff report <br />regarding the Application for Industrial Revenue Bond <br />Financing. <br /> <br />Bond Counsel, James Casserly, made a statement regarding <br />the hearing. <br /> <br />Mr. Rick Martens, Vice Presdient of Winfield Development, <br />was present to discuss the requested application for final <br />approval for Industrial Revenue Bond Financing.
