Local 113 Representing Police Employees. <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Schmidt to waive the reading <br />and approve a resolution AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR <br />SERVICE, INC., LOCAL 113, FOR 1984 AND 1985. <br /> <br />Schmidt commented on the efforts being made by the Police <br />Department's Crime Watch, fingerprinting children in <br />schools and the contact and generation of good publiC image. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />City Engineer presented staff report. Harcus asked about <br />relocating the sidewalks during construction. City <br />Engineer indicated half the bridge would be done at one <br />time.
