Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Janecek to waive RESOLUTION #83-65 the reading and adopt a RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT , SP-IIO. 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes - motion carried The Director of Community Development reviewed the staff report and Planning Commission recommendation. Mr. J. A. Cadwallader, appli- cant was present to answer questions. LP-146-Silver Oaks Townhome-J.A. Cadwallader Report #83-139 Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Blomquist to approve LP-146, subject to the following: 1. All conditions in Council Resolution #2302 I 2. Subject to conformance with site landscaping and building plans as submitted and signed by the applicant and Director of Community Development. 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes - motion carried Director of Community Development reviewed the staff report and Planning Commission recommendation. LP-147 - Mattefy Engineering Report #83-140 Councilmember Janecek stated that she would not be opposed to a delay in the developer providing the appropriate wall treatment on the north side of the building until such time as the future addition is completed, as she felt it would be an unnecessary expense. Mayor Harcus stated that his understanding was that it would be approximately three years until such expansion was completed and that he ,also agreed that it would be an unnecessary expense to incur at this time. I Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Harcus to approve LP-147 subject to the following conditions: 1. Approval of the Rice Creek Watershed District. 2. Submittal of a plan with all required information shown.
