I I I City of New Brighton December 14, 1982 Motion by Benke, seconded by Blomquist to appoint the following to the Bury/Miller Development District AdVisory Board: Larry Baker, Mark Beisswenger, Gayle Bromander, Richard Bury, Barbara Grimshaw, Larry Karlen, James Miller, Ed Ross, David Van Hatten, and Mark Wojcik and further to direct the Advisory Board: Appointments - Bury/Miller Advisory Board 1) To review the existing land uses in and adjacent to the Development District; 2) To review existing or proposed public improvements in the area, such as sewer, water and roads; 3) To review the City Comprehensive Plan in relation to the development of district area; 4) To review the Long Lake/Rush Lake Park plans and its relationship to the development district; 5) To prepare a Development Plan for consideration by the Council that would include: a. Description and maps of the district; b. General objectives; c. Land use objectives; d. Public facilities to be considered; e. Public acquisition and assistance to be considered; f. Open space, if any, to be created; g. Environmental controls and considerations; h. Zoning regulations; i. Set public hearing for utility vacation - December 28, 1982 at 7:35 p.m. 5. Set public hearing for application for Minnesota Small Cities Development Program - December 28, 1982 at 7:40 p.m. 6.
