(e) No motor vehicle shall be parked or allowed to stand in such a lot at a curb which is painted yellow. (f) No motor vehicle shall be parked or allowed to stand in such a lot in front of any entrance to any business open to pUblic patronage, except: (1) For a period not to exceed 15 minutes in designated, signed spaces, during the loading and unloading of the vehicle, and while the vehicle's four-way flashers are in operation, or (2) When parking would be permitted in the manner provided in Section 29-7c. The above exceptions also apply to the restrictions in section 29-7e and 9-41. That Section 29-20, Limited night time parking, is hereby amended as follows: No vehicle shall be parked or allowed to stand unattended on any day on any street or roadway for longer than thirty (30) minutes between the hours of 2:00 A.M. and 5:00 A.M., except physicians on emergency calls. That Section 29-21, Limited day and evening parking, is hereby amended as follows: No vehicle shall be parked or allowed to stand unattended on any street or roadway for longer than six (6) hours between the hours of 5:00 A.M. and 2:00 A.M. on any day, unless posted otherwise. That section 29-26, Temporary emergency no-parking areas, is hereby amended as follows: (a) Vehicular parkin or traffic tem oraril proh~b~ted. T e Pub1~c Works D~rector or the Chief of Police may temporarily prohibit or limit vehicular parking or traffic upon any public street at such times as the Public Works Department is performing maintenance or making improve- ments to such streets, or when necessary for public safety. (b) posting and Violations. Any person parking or driving a vehicle on a public street after it has been posted with signs by the Public Works Director or the Chief of police, which signs temporaril prohibit vehicular parking or traffic pursuant to Section 29-26, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
