<br />'~ 1 <br />!i <br /> <br />i <br />:' <br /> <br />section III. <br /> <br />section IV. <br /> <br />section V. <br /> <br />> <br /> <br />(d) No motor vehicle shall be parked or <br />allowed to stand in such a lot in any <br />area which is designed or used as a <br />lane for moving traffic. <br /> <br />(e) No motor vehicle shall be parked or <br />allowed to stand in such a lot at a <br />curb which is painted yellow. <br /> <br />(f) No motor vehicle shall be parked or <br />allowed to stand in such a lot in front <br />of any entrance to any business open to <br />pUblic patronage, except: <br /> <br />(1) For a period not to exceed 15 <br />minutes in designated, signed <br />spaces, during the loading and <br />unloading of the vehicle, and <br />while the vehicle's four-way <br />flashers are in operation, or <br /> <br />(2) When parking would be permitted in <br />the manner provided in Section 29-7c. <br /> <br />The above exceptions also apply to the <br />restrictions in section 29-7e and 9-41. <br /> <br />That Section 29-20, Limited night time parking, <br />is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />No vehicle shall be parked or allowed to <br />stand unattended on any day on any street <br />or roadway for longer than thirty (30) <br />minutes between the hours of 2:00 A.M. and <br />5:00 A.M., except physicians on emergency <br />calls. <br /> <br />That Section 29-21, Limited day and evening <br />parking, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />No vehicle shall be parked or allowed to <br />stand unattended on any street or roadway <br />for longer than six (6) hours between the <br />hours of 5:00 A.M. and 2:00 A.M. on any <br />day, unless posted otherwise. <br /> <br />That section 29-26, Temporary emergency <br />no-parking areas, is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a) Vehicular parkin or traffic tem oraril <br />proh~b~ted. T e Pub1~c Works D~rector <br />or the Chief of Police may temporarily <br />prohibit or limit vehicular parking or <br />traffic upon any public street at such <br />times as the Public Works Department is <br />performing maintenance or making improve- <br />ments to such streets, or when necessary <br />for public safety. <br /> <br />(b) posting and Violations. Any person <br />parking or driving a vehicle on a public <br />street after it has been posted with <br />signs by the Public Works Director or <br />the Chief of police, which signs temporaril <br />prohibit vehicular parking or traffic <br />pursuant to Section 29-26, shall be <br />guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />
