No. 347, 1-28-75) ! <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />i <br />: <br /> <br />Section 21-6. <br /> <br />Employment Classification <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Definitions <br /> <br />( 1) <br /> <br />Regular employee - shall mean an employee who work~ <br />forty (40) hours per week on a regular schedule throughj <br />out the year and has satisfactorily completed an initiall <br />probationary period. The employment position is speci- <br />fically authorized in the budget. I <br /> <br />After an employee has successfully completed the proba- I <br />tionary period after hire or promotion, he or she shall i <br />be designated as a regular employee. Such designation! <br />shall be employed to differentiate between these employ, <br />ees and probationary or part time employees. The term <br />"regular" shall not be used to define duration o~ <br />employment with the employer.
