Section 7-2 of the New Brighton City Code entitled "Same - Appendices, etc." is deleted in its entirety. 3. Section 7-3 of the New Brighton City Code entitled "Same - Optional appendices" is renumbered as Section 7-2 and is amended to read as follows: Section 7-2. Same - Optional appendices. The following appendices, standards and supplemental materi- als are not a mandatory part of the code but are adopted by reference for the City and are incorporated into this ordinance as completely as if set out in full: (a) 1982 Uniform Building Code Appendix Chapters 1, 7, 38, 55, and 70; (b) Minnesota Rules, Chapter 1300.1150, 3808(a) Fire Suppression Systems; option; and Appendix (c) Minnesota Rules, Chapter 1310, Building Security; (d) Minnesota Rules, Chapter 1335, Parts 1335.0300 to 1335.1200, Floodproofing Regulations. 4. Section 7-4 of the New Brighton City Code entitled Con- flicts is renumbered as section 7-3. 5. Section 7-5 of the New Brighton City Code entitled "Organ- ization and enforcement" is renumbered as Section 7-4 and is amended to read as follows:
